At Luxe Lifestyle, we pride ourselves on offering premium products at affordable prices. To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our selections, please review our return policy below:

 

Non-Returnable Items

Undergarments/ Body Stockings/ Shapewear – Anything that includes a panty or thong is considered intimate apparel and therefore ineligible for return or exchange.

Jewelry – Due to the delicate nature of our adornments, all purchases are final sale.

Holiday Items / Final Sale Items – All merchandise considered "Holiday" , seasonal, or marked as Final Sale is non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Hair Accessories or Toys - Final Sale.

 

 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.

Merchandise must remain in pristine, brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging.

Items that show any indication of wear, alteration, or removal of tags will not be accepted.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee; a measure that allows us to maintain the standard of exclusivity our clientele expects.


Return Shipping

Clients are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend utilizing a trackable and insured service, as Luxe Lifestyle cannot assume liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.


 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less the 15% restocking fee, once the item has passed our quality inspection.

Kindly allow 7–10 business days after receipt of your return for processing.

 

 Additional Notes

Exchanges are not available at this time. Should you wish to secure an alternate style, color, or size, we invite you to place a new order.

Gift cards, digital goods, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
